Ajuni didn't start in a venture-funded garage. It started inside Webority Technologies, a CMMI Level 5 software firm that's been shipping systems for India's largest enterprises and government bodies for over a decade.

We watched the AI demo-to-production gap up close. Pilots dazzled. Boardroom presentations promised the world. Then deployment hit reality: regulators wanted audit trails, CTOs wanted on-prem options, compliance teams wanted PII redacted before a model ever saw the data. The fragile prototypes collapsed.
