The challenge
Big Red Rooster's analysts run multi-market customer-experience surveys and retail audits that produce mountains of raw signal, and synthesis is currently a multi-day effort per study. With JLL parentage, the pilot also has to honour enterprise security expectations on top of consulting-grade confidentiality.
How we approached it
Ajuni is layering on the Webority-built survey application with Pragna handling synthesis across survey and audit corpora, and Mira drafting client-ready insight write-ups. The pilot will run on Azure inside the firm's tenant with client-scoped access controls and full export of every synthesis artefact.
What the pilot will prove
- Pilot will prove sub-1-day synthesis turnaround
- Pilot will prove client-scoped access end to end
- In scope: multi-market survey and audit synthesis
- In scope: client-ready insight write-up drafts
- Scoping target: full analyst-side rollout
