The challenge
Eisen's investment team works property deal-flow across India and the UAE, where comparable-market data sits in vendor portals with inconsistent schemas and investor updates are drafted manually each quarter. Cross-border data normalisation alone consumes meaningful analyst time per cycle.
How we approached it
Ajuni is scoping a pilot with the investment team where Pragna handles deal-flow research and comparable-market analysis, and Lakshya runs diligence prep and investor-update drafting. The pilot will run on Azure with India and UAE-region data paths kept separated, with normalisation handled inside the agent layer.
What the pilot will prove
- Pilot will prove sub-30-minute comparable-market pulls
- Pilot will prove cross-border data normalisation in-agent
- In scope: deal-flow research across India and UAE
- In scope: quarterly investor-update drafts
- Scoping target: full investment-team rollout
