The challenge
Matter intake at a top-tier law firm depends on associates reading new instructions, running conflict checks, and shaping a first brief, work that's high-leverage but low-novelty. Privilege and confidentiality rules also mean no off-the-shelf SaaS copilot is acceptable.
How we approached it
Ajuni is scoping a pilot with the practice lead where Pragna runs case-law research prep and matter classification, and Asha handles structured intake. The deployment will run on Azure India inside a Link Legal–owned tenant with privilege-aware data handling and tight matter-scoped access controls.
What the pilot will prove
- Pilot will prove sub-10-minute intake-to-brief turnaround
- Pilot will prove privilege-aware data handling end to end
- In scope: conflict-check intake and matter classification
- In scope: case-law research prep for advocates
- Scoping target: practice-wide rollout
