The challenge
SMB buyers on the Office Del portal hit catalogue depth that's hard to navigate without a sales rep, and bulk-quote requests bounce through email threads with multi-day turnaround. The Webority-built portal already exists; what's missing is the agent layer that can actually transact and quote.
How we approached it
Ajuni is layering on top of the existing Office Del portal with Dwight handling B2B procurement chat and bulk-quote generation, and Asha covering buyer-side support. The pilot starts with three SKU categories live, with quote logic wired into the existing pricing rules and approval workflow.
What the pilot will prove
- Pilot will prove sub-2-hour bulk-quote turnaround
- Pilot will prove agent-led discovery across 3 SKU categories
- In scope: B2B procurement chat for SMB buyers
- In scope: integration with existing approval workflow
- Scoping target: full catalogue coverage post-pilot
